By using the Rangista Kidswear website or placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms. Please take a moment to read through them before making a purchase.
Made-to-Order
Every product at Rangista Kidswear is handmade and created on order. Production begins only after order confirmation and advance payment. Each piece is crafted individually — slight variations in hand-painted details are a natural characteristic of handmade art, not a defect.
Standard production and delivery time is 15 working days from order confirmation. During peak seasons such as Eid or wedding season, timelines may vary. Customers will be informed in advance of any delays.
Ordering & Payment
Orders are placed via WhatsApp or email. Once your customization details are confirmed and advance payment is received, production begins.
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, EasyPaisa, and JazzCash — details will be shared at the time of order confirmation.
Please ensure all details shared at the time of ordering are accurate. Rangista Kidswear cannot be held responsible for errors arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.
Customization
Name customization, colour changes, and design modifications can be requested before production begins. Once production has started, no changes can be made. Customized orders require full payment before dispatch and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except in the case of a manufacturing defect or wrong item delivered.
Sizing
Children’s sizes vary per product — please refer to the individual size guide provided for each item. Mothers’ collection follows standard sizing: S, M, L, XL. If you are unsure about sizing, contact us on WhatsApp before placing your order.
Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, images, and brand content on this website are the exclusive property of Rangista Kidswear. No content may be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without prior written permission.
