Order & Payment Policy
At Rangista Kidswear, each outfit is made-to-order with care and attention to detail. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order:
- Order Confirmation
To confirm your order, a non-refundable advance payment of PKR 1,000 is required. Production will begin only after receiving the advance payment. - Delivery Time
As all items are made-to-order, the standard delivery time is 15 days from the date of order confirmation. - Standard Orders (No Customization)
For orders placed without any customization (such as size changes, name customization, or color changes), the remaining payment can be made via Cash on Delivery (COD) at the time of delivery. - Customized Orders
For any order involving customization (including measurements, name printing, color changes, or design modifications), the remaining payment must be cleared before dispatch. Once the outfit is ready, we will share product images for your approval before shipping. - Dispatch Policy
Customized orders are dispatched only after full payment is received, and such orders are not eligible for COD.
